Brush with Art - Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Brush with Art platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

## 4. User Content and Intellectual Property

### 4.1 User Content Rights
- Users retain ownership of the original content they create on the Platform.
- By uploading content, Users grant Brush with Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the Platform.

### 4.2 Content Guidelines
Users agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, explicit violence, or discriminatory language
- Promotes illegal activities
- Includes personal information of other individuals
- Is spam or commercial solicitation

## 5. Course and Workshop Participation

### 5.1 Enrollment and Payments
- Course and workshop prices are clearly displayed at the time of registration.
- Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment system.
- Refund policies are specific to each course and clearly communicated before enrollment.

### 5.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- Users may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the course start may be eligible for course credit, subject to individual course policies.

## 6. Privacy and Data Protection

### 6.1 Data Collection
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- User data is used to provide and improve our Service, personalize experiences, and communicate important updates.

- Brush with Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

## 9. Modifications to Terms

- Brush with Art may update these Terms periodically.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

## 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas 
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
- If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through arbitration.
